When mold is present, time is of the essence. Normally, we can schedule your Mold Inspection within 2-3 business days of our initial contact.

Our inspection process is thorough and you do not have to be present.  All we require is access. 

​

During the inspection, we go to all accessible

areas of your home and look for visible signs of

mold as well as any current or previous moisture intrusions.  We take temperature, relative humidity, dew point and moisture content readings in these areas.  All of our methods are non-destructive and we leave no damage behind.

The Inspection process takes between 1-2 hours

for approximately 1,500 sq. ft.

 

Costs for Inspection start at $175.00.

If you require more insight into the type of mold

that we discover, the Inspection plus Testing

service is the one you want.  This service includes all of the comprehensive steps included during an inspection with the added benefit of lab testing.

We take (1) indoor and (1) outdoor air sample

which are sent to a lab for independent analysis.

You will be notified by email with conclusive

results providing the species and quantities of

mold present in and around your home or business.

I will be available by phone to explain the results

and discuss further actions.

The sample process:

*An outdoor air sample is used as a control.

*The indoor air sample is representative of an area approximately 1,000 - 1,500 sq. ft. of living space.

Costs start at $375. Additional samples at $100 ea.

During the Remediation process, we will keep you informed of each day's progress.  We follow the

most recently adapted processes developed by the nation's leading professionals in the field of mold.

We own and maintain all of the equipment used in the Remediation process.  This assures that the equipment is meticulously cleaned by our

employees after every remediation project to

ensure that no contaminants are brought into your home.

​

At the outset of the Remediation, we contain the affected area using accepted methods.  This

keeps the rest of your home from being cross-contaminated and we make every effort to

maintain this throughout the remediation process.

After containment is established, we place the contained area under negative pressure using a special air machine. The area will stay under negative pressure until Remediation is complete.

​

Pricing is based on level of service required.   A written estimate will be provided either through Inspection or specific Estimate.

This is a visit to provide an estimate for Mold Remediation services for a specific area of

concern. This visit is not an Inspection.  It is an assessment to determine next steps for a Mold Remediation plan in a certain area.
